Easter Brunch Ideas
Any of you guys have some yummy, kid friendly Easter brunch recipes or ideas? We have volunteered to host something for some neighbors at our house and my creative seems low and all I can think of is the Cooks Illustrated Strata that I always make. Thanks!

Here's my brainstorming list. Of course I'm not making all of this:
Scones
Roasted Asparagus
Quiche or Strata
Salmon Platter
Potatoes
Bacon/Ham
Fruit Salad
Baked French Toast-http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/baked-french-toast-casserole-with-maple-syrup-recipe2/index.html
Polenta Pound Cake with peach compote
Ina Garten's Choc Glazed Black and White Angel Food Cake -Sam calls this "Donut Cake"
I love Elaine's list. For baked goods, Elaine's Polenta cake recipe is da' bomb. I love the Barefoot Contessa Sourcream Coffee Cake recipe.
The girls know I love doing a crepe bar-- fun toppings and a bunch of crepes that people can stuff on their own. (the crepe batter is even better and easier if made the night before and then cooked in the morning)
I love a fruit salad with a yogurt/lemon curd/honey drizzle on the side
Bloody Mary bar :)
I like Deviled Eggs sometime as a random alternative to traditional egg dishes
Latkes with smoked salmon and creme fraiche
Bacon. Everyone loves bacon.
Those are my random thoughts...Good luck!
