Ashley: Pork with Calvados

I made this meal for my neighbors a few weeks ago and am just getting around to post. The only thing that I was dissappointed in was that the sauce didn't seem to double very well. I don't know why based on the ingredients, it could've been that I was in too much of a rush and just wasn't patient enough!
